We have a number go groups, clubs and classes who regularly meet at the Community Centre.

Gentle Yoga
Monday
6:15pm - 7:30pm
A great class for beginners and also those with more experience. Enjoy a safe, enjoyable, relaxing and rewarding practice.
All the benefits of yoga without stress out strain.
Experience a greater sense of ease. release tightness in your face, neck, shoulders, chest, back, hips, calves and hamstrings.
Yoga is not just about stretching. Safely strengthen your core and other key muscles, joints and bones.

Tai Chi
